The Human resources Department is the link between the directorate, colleges, and centers, and It is the executer of all decrees for assignments, vacations, transfers, or compensations, or  any communications with the internal and external agencies:

The section is responsible for:

• Contracts: local and foreign, annual or limited duration.
• Salaries and overtime activities.
• Vacations: annual, sick leaves, emergencies   etc.
• Attendance of conferences, business related assignments, or training purposes.
