Our MBA Program is designed to prepare executives for today’s Global market. The 18 month program emphasizes the skills needed by prospective global executives to conduct business effectively in the GCC and beyond. Our program sets itself apart from other MBA programs in the region through its unique combination of core courses and tracks designed specificaly to meet regional needs.

The core courses are designed to deepen your knowledge mainly in business practices, strategic management and Islamic Finance. Seminars and multidisciplinary workshops cover a wide range of key issues such as innovation, entrepreneurship and business sustainability, law and ethics. The two tracks we have introduced in response to today’s changing regional needs, Public-Private Partnerships and Utilities Management, prepare participants for solid careers as high potential executives. MBA candidates will benefit from ESSEC’s experiential learning method based on case studies, learning-team discussions, multimedia simulations and an international residency program all of which will help candidates to exercise their leadership and problem solving skills as well as the creative ability needed to face complex environments.

The Program caters to both holders of Business/Management degrees and to working executives with other backgrounds. Applicants with non-business/management backgrounds may have to enroll in Pre-MBA courses offered by FABS. The MBA Program comprises 26 credit hours of core courses, 10 credit hours in the selected track and 4 credit hours assigned to the team consultancy project.
