- Fees Payment
The payment fees shall be in the form of :
- 20 BD, 200 Riyal, 200 Derham.
- For late registration: 40 BD, 400 Riyal, 400 Derham.
Kuwaiti dinar and Omani Riyal will not be accepted.
- Poster Size
The maximum size of the posters is 159cm x 108cm
- Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided for all participants (presenters & delegates) who registered as early registration for four nights from 5 February to 9 February.
Noting that checkout will be at 3 p.m.
- Workshop Submission

- Poetry evening 7th February 2008
For those who would like to participate in the potery evening on 7th February 2008, please contact social committee by sending an email to social.g5msc@gmail.com with a poetry attached to it. Noting that the emails received without a poetry attached will not be accepted.
- Conference Exhibition
During conference days 6-9 february 2008, there will be an exhibition, each university will be given one booth 2x3. If another one is needed please inform social committee.
Noting that accommodation will be provided for only 2 students who will be responsible for that, so please send their names to social committee social.g5msc@gmail.com
