Master in GIS & Remote Sensing



  • Master degree  requires 40 credits, including: 

    •  3 credits as a general core course. 
    • 14 credits from specialized core courses. 
    • 9 credits specialized core courses from his/her GIS/RS specialization, 
    • 4 credits specialized elective courses from his/her GIS/RS specialization, or 
    • 4 credits specialized elective courses hours from another department's program course, 
    • 2 credits GIS/RS Seminar, and 8 credits M.Sc. Thesis​.

    The graduate students Diploma who want to follow a M.Sc. degree should pursue additional four (4) credits courses, two (2) credits seminar, and eight (8) credits for the master thesis. The 4 credits courses must be chosen as follow:

    • 4 credits from Geoinformatics (GIS/RS) Specialization, or
    • 4 Credits from another department's program course; and
    • 2 Credits Seminar,
