AGU’s Professor Khalid Bindaina Awarded Fellowship by the Royal College of Pathologists in the United Kingdom

Prof. Khalid Bindaina, a distinguished Faculty Member in Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences of the Arabian Gulf University (AGU), has been awarded a Fellowship by the Royal College of Pathologists in the United Kingdom. This prestigious accolade recognises his significant academic and research contributions, following the approval of the examinations committee at the Royal College of Pathologists. The ceremony for the induction of new fellows is scheduled to take place on February 26, 2025.

In a statement following the receipt of his fellowship, Prof. Bindaina expressed his profound gratitude to his colleagues and co-authors, stating: “I could not have achieved this milestone without your support and valuable contributions to writing and publishing, particularly Dr Abdullah Darwish, Dr Fadhl Dar, and many other researchers.” He considered this fellowship a product of teamwork and fruitful collaboration among research teams over recent academic years, hoping it would inspire other doctors and researchers to achieve further successes in their respective fields.
