Dr. Arun Vijay Subbarayalu has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration and as Head of Quality Unit in the Center for Quality Assurance & Strategic Planning of Arabian Gulf University (AGU), Kingdom of Bahrain since September 2025. He previously served as an Assistant Professor at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, Saudi Arabia, for over 16 years. He has taught courses in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Healthcare Management, Research Methodology, and Risk Management courses for graduate students. He has supervised over fifteen graduation projects and served as a co-supervisor for PhD students’ dissertations. He has published over 100 research papers, 76 of which are indexed in Scopus. He authored eight book chapters; all are indexed in Scopus. He served as an external reviewer for the National Centre for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA) to help accredit academic programs and institutions.
