Prof. Aldhmour is a Proffessor of Management Information System in the Department of Business administration, in the College of education, technology and management, at the Arabian Gulf university since Sep 2019, previously at Mutah University – Jordan for 13 years. Prof. Aldhmour was a visiting professor for many universities including University College Cork, Ireland; Karabuk University, Turkey; Al-Baha University, Suadi Arabia. She completed her Ph.D. in MIS from Leeds Beckett University and the MBA. degree from Jordanian university- Jordan. Her research interests lie in leadership, innovation, Knowledge management, diversity management and entrepreneurship. Prof. Aldhmour has published more than 35 papers in Scientific Journals, attended more the 45 international and national conferences. She was a member of ERASMUS+ projects, and has supervised more than 40 Master and Ph. D students. She has held many positions such as Dean of Business Administration College, Mutah University- Jordan; Vice Dean, Business Administration College, Mutah University, Head of Management Information System Dept, Mutah University; Director of International Affairs Office, Mutah University.
