His Excellency Dr Saad bin Saud Al Fuhaid, President of Arabian Gulf University (AGU), congratulated His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, on the Kingdon’s remarkable success in hosting and organising the 21st edition of the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Dr Al Fuhaid extended heartfelt congratulations on the outstanding results achieved during this global event, highlighting his pride in Bahrain’s exemplary performance as a host. He also extended his congratulations to the McLaren team for their exceptional performance in winning the race.

He commented, "The organisation of this race underscores the status attained by the Kingdom in international sporting events and showcases its consistent readiness to host the most prestigious global championships. This achievement proves Bahrain's emergence as a preferred destination for motorsports enthusiasts." He further stressed the significant turnout and global interest in the event, reflecting international confidence in Bahrain's exceptional organisational capabilities.

Dr Al Fuhaid expressed his hope for continued efforts to achieve further successes across various sectors, contributing to the comprehensive development of Bahrain under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
