ACADEMIC ADVISORY PROGRAM

Academic Mentoring

The College Has Launched Academic Mentoring to Promote Student Success

In liaison with the University Student Affairs, each student is assigned to a faculty advisor (mentor) at the time of joining the College, and students are encouraged to remain in close contact with their mentors. However, in the subsequent years, academic mentoring is offered to students requiring academic support. Particularly, students who fail a course or score a low grade (less than 62%) are referred to an academic mentor.

The mentor holds a series of confidential and private meetings with the student to address the obstacles hindering the student's success and explore opportunities to help them achieve their potential.

If necessary, the Dean of Student Affairs refers the student to a psychologist.
