The objectives of student care emerge from the educational mission of the university and the educational policy in the GCC countries, which is based on the educational preparation of students within the framework of Islamic law and authentic Arab traditions. This aims to create a well-rounded and balanced university personality that adheres to proper conduct, to refine students' talents and develop their self-capabilities for excellence and innovation, and to provide them with comfort and reassurance during their university life in a lifestyle that aligns with the university's regulations and systems. This is to overcome the obstacles that may stand in their way, so that upon graduating from university, they can face the reality they must navigate with determination, striving to diagnose and solve the problems that may hinder their future independently.

Refining the student's personality and working to provide all possible forms of care within a comprehensive framework of all the guidance methods that the university seeks in order to develop the student's abilities and empower them through the experiences and practices they engage in from the moment they join the Arabian Gulf University until the moment they graduate, in order to create a strong and resilient generation capable of facing various types of experiences.

Securing suitable and appropriate housing units for students who meet the criteria for university accommodation, ensuring their comfort and stability, is one of the most important factors influencing a student's life. By living on campus and engaging with its community, students experience a variety of opportunities that enrich their university life, allowing them to connect with their peers, participate in leadership opportunities, develop their skills, and engage in numerous interactive activities. What distinguishes life in the student housing at the Arabian Gulf University is the provision of necessary care and the availability of essential living facilities for all expatriate students to create a comfortable, encouraging, and enjoyable atmosphere within the housing. This aims to make it the most prepared place to support students living away from their families, allowing them to work to their full academic potential. This is achieved through a specialized administrative and supervisory team that operates 24 hours a day, with the goal of creating and supporting a vibrant environment that contributes to achieving the academic, social, and health objectives of the students, in line with the university's strategic goals.

- Supervising the accommodation of students according to a well-studied distribution plan for the rooms and following up on the development of the services provided to them in housing in terms of securing and preparing the buildings to receive them.
- Providing the highest level of healthcare, social support, and psychological care for students residing in the dormitory.
- Working to help students solve their problems by providing comprehensive care.
- Supporting students by refining their personalities and training them to be self-reliant.
- Supervising the visitation mechanism according to specific regulations.
- Constantly educating students about their responsibilities within the residence and clarifying their rights in return.
- Organizing various activities that contribute to creating a rich social atmosphere and monitoring their implementation.
- Coordinating with the university's services department to secure transportation for resident students.
- Monitoring regular and emergency maintenance work in residential units.
- Monitoring cleaning operations in residential units and their facilities and scheduling daily tasks.
