English Language Unit

The Department of English prepares students for a career in medicine by equipping them with the necessary language competencies and medical terminology in the English language. The courses have evolved over the last decade to suit students' needs when studying at AGU. Students and teachers work together to target areas for self-development in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. In addition to foundational courses in language and terminology, faculty members support students in developing presentation and research writing skills critical for success in medical education and international collaborations.
