The Clinical Master in Family Medicine (CMFM) is a postgraduate training program offered by Arabian Gulf University. The program aims to prepare highly qualified family physicians capable of delivering comprehensive, continuous, patient-centered, and evidence-based primary health care services.
The curriculum integrates academic learning with supervised clinical training across major medical specialties and primary healthcare settings. Graduates of the program are expected to effectively manage acute and chronic medical conditions, promote preventive healthcare, and contribute to improving the quality of primary healthcare services within the GCC region.

Dual Award Pathway Graduates may earn either a Clinical Master (GPA ≥ 3.0) or a Diploma (GPA 2.0–2.9), offering flexible recognition of achievement based on academic performance.
Direct Contribution to GCC Healthcare Graduates are equipped to serve as competent, independent Family Physicians — directly advancing national health strategies and improving primary health care quality across the GCC region.
Comprehensive 2-Year Clinical Training 96 weeks of hands-on clinical rotations across 17 specialties in Primary Health Care Centers and leading governmental hospitals in Bahrain.
Technology-Driven Learning Environment Fully integrated MOODLE platform supporting E-Portfolio, workplace-based assessments, mentorship tracking, and digital course content for a seamless learning experience.
